soIL Network Begins
If I would have known 15 years ago what God has taught me in the last 3 years there is no telling how many people we would have seen saved and baptized!
This conviction has lead us to begin a Network of Pastors who want to see their churches grow both numerically and spiritually. I love that our church leadership supports investing in the success of others churches.
The truth is preparing our church for new people and guest follow up is something that a church of any size needs to have figured out. Having a strategy that both empowers the church to invite and a plan for guest follow up is imperative for church growth. It is also something that escaped me for many years.
I would encourage every pastor to rethink their approach in both of these areas. If this is something you want for your church or think it could bless your pastor please invite them to our next meeting on March 1, 2022. There is no cost to this training all we ask is that you register and let us know you are attending.
